Arrivals from mid-day onwards where you will be greeted by your host and staff of the Carn-Brae Hotel. When you have settled in it's time for tea & coffee and sandwiches to fill that gap after your long journey. 5.30pm It’s time to start your New Year of with a pre-dinner drink in the bar lounge & meet friends Old & New, 6.00pm Now let’s make our way to the dining room for a Supreme Gala Candlelit 6 Course Dinner. Followed by a night full of Cabaret and Entertainment plus a light supper of Hot & Cold Treats to make your mouth water.

New Years Eve

Start your day with our super Full English Breakfast, and then it’s off to the shops for that last minute shopping. Returning for a light lunch, and not to be missed our very own Talent Competition! You are the Stars now, sing a song or tell a joke! And to help get you in the mood it’s Happy Hour!!

A fantastic Evening ahead starting with your New Years Eve 8 Course Celebration Dinner, followed by a Fabulous Evening of Dancing Cabaret and our very own Resident DJ, not forgetting our fabulous mouth watering Buffet. And then just time for a glass of Bubbly to bring in the New Year.

Good Morning and a Happy New Year - Its 2010

And it’s Breakfast Time for those who can face it if not we have Alka Seltzer! After breakfast why not take a stroll along the Promenade or just relax. Traditional pub style lunch is served followed by Eyes down & look in for a game of Bingo.

Join us for a Supreme 6 Course Gala Dinner. Followed by Fancy Dress and a fantastic Evening of Cabaret & Disco with 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prizes for the best fancy dress. Plus a tasty Hot Pot supper then dance the night away!

Traditional English Breakfast after which why not Relax in the lounge, discuss your New Year Resolutions & exchange addresses with new friends.

Depart at your leisure, have a safe journey home & we wish you all the best for the New Year & hope to see you in the future.
